Rescheduling / Cancelling

Any appointment cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice is subject to a fee. Groomers work on commission and cancelations and reschedules have a real impact on our team members. Reschedule requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice prior to the appointment will have a rescheduling fee equal to 50% of Mobile fee. Cancelations with less than 24hours notice will be assessed a cancellation fee equal to the Mobile fee. These fees will be added to your next visit. Management reserves the right to collect cancelation fees prior to next scheduled appointment. Management also reserves the right to waive these fees on a case-by-case basis.

Dog Bite Fees

If your dog bites the groomer, you are responsible for any and all fees associated with treatment of injury and missed work.  There will be a minimum charge of $150.00 assessed at the time of the bite.  Owner must also provide proof of current vaccination records to avoid issues with local authorities.

Standing Appointment Changes

Once standings appointments are set up it is very challenging to adjust the schedule. Typically, we can make small, one-time changes. We are possibly move appointments forward or backward a week or so. If we are unable to make adjustments, the appointment may have to be cancelled. These appointments are also subject to our Reschedule/ Cancelation policy. We are unable to rework a standing appointment once it has been created. If your standing schedule requires significant changes Puppy Cuts DFW reserves the right to cancel standing. If we are able to rework a standing schedule, there will be a fee for the time required to complete that work.

Non-cash Adjustment

All noncash payments have a small none cash adjustment fee added to the transaction. The fee varies bases on which form of payment you choose. We accept Cash, Venmo and Major Credit Cards.
